I had a bouquet delivered to my mom for her birthday. She and I both are blown away by how beautiful they are. I ordered these online and sometimes that can be misleading, but that was not the case. This bouquet is even more beautiful than the photo. THANK YOU

I used Essex flower shop for my wedding and they did an incredible job! Kevin was so thorough with my order and making sure I got what I wanted. My bouquets were breathtaking! I got a ton of compliments on them and I love it so much that I'm going to preserve my bouquet so I have it forever. They also did little bud vases for my tables in the entire wedding was just gorgeous!

It was easy to order online. They kept me up to date through email. Since I’m clear across the country, a picture of the delivery would have been nice so I could have seen what was sent, but all in all, a pleasant experience

5 stars are not enough to give Essex Flower shoppe and Greenhouse.They are by far the most personable and helpful flower shop I have ever dealt with. Michelle and Nancy went above and beyond to find flowers for my very special request. They are to be commended for their kindness, attention to detail and customer service!

Wish we could give more than 5 stars! The Essex Flower Shoppe always delivers beautiful flowers and plants. Their floral arrangements for our moms memorial were spectacular. The flowers and wreathe for the church were amazing. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. The table arrangements were beyond our expectations. Highly recommend using them for any floral purchase. Great customer service and exceptional experience. Thank you!

The floral arrangement is gorgeous. My only concern is that normally I get a telephone call or at least some notification that an arrangement has been sent. I was sitting in the back of my house. Did not hear my doorbell. Went into the front entrance of my house and saw the arrangement there. It was a warm day with sunshine. If I hadn’t been home, I think the flowers would have suffered. I think it would’ve been nice to have either gotten a text or a phone call saying an arrangement has been delivered.

Order placed on a Sunday. Monday delivery was offered, but was ultimately delivered Tuesday for reasons unknown. No follow up of any kind such as "delivery delayed" was provided. A little more post-sale feedback until order is fulfilled would be nice.
